Defective Products
Customers can return defective products for a refund or replacement within 60 days of their original order.
Non-Defective Products
If the product is not defective, then the products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect new condition. Once we receive the product we will refund the full purchase price of the item (excluding shipping costs).
